OK, done, and restarted transmission. Still I see nothing happen when
I click help->contents, though
$ sensible-browser
starts iceweasel on the command line. OK, I even did # gconftool-2 -s
/desktop/gnome/applications/browser/exec -t string sensible-browser as
root (I forgot to ask you if this is what you meant, so am trying
both. As you see I use xdm and fear all this G- jazz so never learned
it) and restarted transmission and still nothing. Yes, gconftool-2 -g
... shows it was updated.
