Bug#443889: about using libgdict in you application

Hello,

I just commited a change to the GNOME team repository in order to build
packages to correctly distribute libgdict. I would like to have your
help on testing that they are correct. I'm pretty sure some other files
may be needed to be moved around, perhaps creating a gnome-utils-common
package.

Can you please test the packages? They are here:
