Bug#500359: evince memory use is to big, keeps increasing until it fails

I use evince on lots of small clients with 512MB DDRII, This should be engoung in my case. However when using evince to open large pdf files like schematics and datasheets, it just keep caching the pdf files until there is no more memory, the system tries to start swapping and normal work is not possible anymore untill evince is killed with force. KPDF does not have this problem, but I would really like to be able to just use evince to open pdf and djvu files. Also when chaching the zoom the memory use can increase so fast, evince dies in seconds after there is no more memory. See the attached screenshot. Thanks in advance.
