Bug#522628: gnome-terminal: duplicate access keys for menu bar: =?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=9CTerminal=E2=80=9D, _?= “Tabs”

The accelerator keys for the two menus “Terminal” and “Tabs” are both
‘T’, with the result that only one of them can be selected with the
accelerator key.

The menus should all have different accelerator keys so they can be
selected individually.
