Bug#523854: nautilus-actions: Nautilus actions are no longer available

Since a recent upgrade of nautilus my actions are no longer available.
As an example, a while ago I defined an action to run meld on multiple
files or folders selected in a nautilus window.  I can still see the
action defined when I run "Nautilus Action Configuration" from the
"System->Preferences" menu, but that action (along with other actions
I've defined) do not show up on the menus when I select files and right
click on them.  They also don't show up in the Nautilus "File" menu like
they did before.
