        (rb_audioscrobbler_do_handshake):
        Read the initial track submission handshake URL from gconf key
        /apps/rhythmbox/audioscrobbler/scrobbler_url, allowing
        it to be redirected to other services such as libre.fm without having
        to modify /etc/hosts.
