Bug#525040: planner: WBS numbers are not printed

When printing a gantt chart to PDF (other variants I did not
try), the WBS number left to the task name is not printed. I
could not find an option for that. (And neither the term WBS
nor work breakdown structure appear in the online help.)

This number is important for referencing in other documents,
of course.
