Bug#531101: backported patch works

Today, I backported the patch from git to the current glib2.0.
Worked well and solves both the DISPLAY environment problem (as well as the nautilus crash when using the newer glib2.0 from experimental to which nautilus probably wasn't compatible to).

I'd love to see this patch in unstable soon. :)
