Package: gnome-panel-data
Version: 2.26.2-1
Severity: normal
Default gnome-panel layout, (from the right on the top bar: Application Switcher, Sound, Clock)
Clock configured to display the time in multiple zones, (I've got JST and PST in mine, with JST being "home")
Current behaviour:
When you click on the Clock in the menubar, the window drops down and hugs the right side of the screen,
if you then mouseover the non-home timezone it provides a "set" button;
The window expands to fit the "set" button, past the edge of the screen.
Desired behaviour:
When the window resizes to accommodate the "set" button, it also moves the origin of the window so
the right edge of the window stays on the right edge of the screen. This also applies to when the
"set" button disappears.
Ideal behaviour:
The "set" button would not resize the window at all, as this is rather jarring.
