I’m replying again to myself to correct this. I have talked with the
upstream maintainer, and the intent is to provide a binary-compatible
bonobo wrapper on top of the D-Bus interface. Therefore, if everything
goes fine, this transition won’t happen until squeeze+1.
Still, this change might be a bit rough to handle and might turn out to
cause RC bugs when it happens, so you should remain aware of it.
