Bug#509823: epiphany-browser: Browser does not save preferences concerning the place to store downloaded files

Hi,

I am using epiphany with xfce. Changing the place where downloads should be
stored does not have any effects: it stays "file system". Steps:
* change it to directory "bla" in your home directory
* close the preferences
* close the browser
* restart the browser and look at the preferences, the place is set back to 
  "file system" which turns out to be /tmp/
