This is actually a duplicate of #530691.
Thanks to Josselin Mouette for support on IRC.
I think the following might help : adding the following lines to /home/olivier/.local/share/applications/defaults.list :
x-directory/gnome-default-handler=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop
x-directory/normal=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop
inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop

P.S.: not reassigning to gnome-session, as this might help others to find a trace when looking for a workaround, as I found it quite natural to search on package gnome-main-menu
