plz help me for slove this error

Hi Guys. 

We run “wxWidgets-2.8.10”
package and generate “wxrc.exe” file as output. But when we run OpenPhone
sample project it have below problem: 1)please define for me how I must run
this package? 

2)How we can solve this
problem?
