Bug#497128: gnome-power-manager: Strange behaviour on plugging in and out the power.

It happens on my Acer Aspire One when g-p-m is running. If I kill
g-p-m before switching to or from AC power, everything is normal. I
can then restart g-p-m and monitor the battery.
