Bug#562126: gdmchooser does not work with netbase setting net.ipv6.bindv6only=1

Since the introduction of net.ipv6.bindv6only=1 by a new version of netbase,
gdmchooser does not find any XDMCP hosts on my network.

Setting net.ipv6.bindv6only=0 restores the correct gdmchooser behavior.

See #560238 for a discussion of the issues involved.

Please modify gdmchooser to work in the default environment provided by netbase.
