Bug#513774: gnome-desktop-environment: lenny install - gnome-audio not installed by default

gnome-desktop-environment only "Suggests: gnome-audio", and so when debian lenny is installed, the default 
installation does not install gnome-audio, and has to be installed manually. Is there a reason that gnome-audo 
is not installed with gnome-desktop-environment and/or debian lenny installation ?

I would expect that System Sounds (ie gnome-audio) would be installed by default.
