on my current user profile somehow it doesn't happen without compiz last
times,
but when i log into another profile it does. the other profile was rather
not configured, so i may say it has default settings.

OK, i have been looking some and i found 'System Beep' in 'Sound'
settings, so
it seems to be problem of compiz.
