Bug#514741: evince: full screen navigation in documents created by LaTeX-Beamer requires two scrolling actions

I just noticed that this was actually related to the time interval
between requests to change pages. If two scroll actions are too close
(less than one second approximately), the last is not taken into
account. Otherwise, both are interpreted.
I've reproduced this with evince 2.22 and 2.24 on lenny amd64 and sid
x86 with several screens with different resolutions and ratios.
