Bug#515020: please configure with --without-keyring option

evince-gtk is gone in 2.24, as evince no longer links against libgnome. evince
2.24 still links against libgnome-keyring though, and I doubt we're going to
split it again just for libgnome-keyring, so this is a wontfix IMHO.
