Bug#510668: gconf2: use "sensible-browser" for default http url handler

the current url-handler default in gconf is "gnome-www-browser."  i use
xfce, and try to avoid most gnome dependencies, hence
"gnome-www-browser" does not exist for me.  thus, applications that
access gconf for this information end up failing.

my recommendation is to use "sensible-browser" as the default for the
"/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/http/command" and
"/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/https/command" keys rather than
"gnome-www-browser".
