Bug#510692: nautilus: Not clear for user how to define a preferred application for media

Package: nautilus
Version: 2.24.2-1
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
I think it is not clear for users how a registered application can be set as preferred
in the media preferences.
For example, for photo management, I have both f-spot and gthumb registered, but I prefer
opening the folder when a media is inserted. I hence want the nautilus window to propose
opening the pictures stored on the media with f-spot.
To choose f-spot, I have to set "open with f-spot" in the media preferences tab, validate,
and switch this option back to "open a folder".
I couldn't find any explanation on this behaviour in the help file and think it can confuse
users.
Cheers,
Julien
