Bug#512803: gnome-terminal doesnt start as root with su or gksu

Confirming. This is caused by su insufficiently cleaning up the
environment; when using sudo, DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS is removed,
leading to gnome-terminal using the running instance.
