Bug#513615: evince: No option to view text b&w and/or in theme colors

Many PDF files are bitmap or constructed in weid ways but for relatively simple fils it should be possible to display text and other filled objects in the text color and background in the background color.

This brings better readability of some overly colourful documents with wrong color choices, better integrates in to the desktop and honors user preferences.

Of course, there should be an option to render the document in author colours as well an option to attempt at rendering in sane colours.
