Bug#536767: gnome-panel: task bar hidden on windows when using xrandr A --above B

Hi,

gnomes task bar hides the windows, when I use both of my screens via:
' xrandr --output VGA --auto --above LVDS'
This does not happen, when I only use one screen.

When maximizing a window, the lower part of a window is also below the task bar.

I tried to upgrade gnome-panel to 1:2.26.0-3 (from unstable) in order to match with
metacity (2.26.2-1) without success.

My taskbar is at the normal position (bottom of the screen). When using xrandr, both of
gnomes panels (the top panel and the task bar) move to VGA, so the task bar is then at
the bottom of VGA.
