Bug#538597: gstreamer-properties: does not save "Custom" sound settings

I was trying to enable the vdownmix alsa plugin on my sound setup and using
gstreamer-propeties to set it to use the special pcm device I created, I
realised that the setting I put in the "Custom" default output plugin section is
never saved when I hit the close button.
As a consequence custom settings are not possible, and I can't tell any of my
gstreamer apps to use a particular (non standard) device when playing audio.
