each time i reboot and then enter gnome,
it will shows as below:

Your session only lasted less than 10 seconds. If you have not logged out
yourself, this could mean that there is some installation problem or that
you may be out of diskspace. Try logging in with one of the failsafe
sessions to see if you can fix this problem.

with .xsession-errors:

SESSION_MANAGER=local/debian-laptop:@
/tmp/.ICE-unix/3477,unix/debian-laptop:/tmp/.ICE-unix/3477

(x-session-manager:3477): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_hash_table_lookup: assertion
`hash_table != NULL' failed

(x-session-manager:3477): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref:
assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

(x-session-manager:3477): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_hash_table_remove_internal:
assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed

if i click OK or close this dialog window, my gnome and gdm will restart.
and error keeps
