Fix lintian warning of clutter-0.9 in the NEW queue

Dear All,

I'm packaging Anjal for Debian and it needs clutter-0.9.  I see
there's a clutter-0.9 package in the NEW queue with a lintian warning
for more than one week so I tried to fix that warning:
"package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libclutter-glx-0.9-0" by renaming
the package to libclutter-glx-0.9-0.

I've attached the patch, could you please take a look? Please let me
know if there's any problems.

If it's OK, I'm posting another patch that updates it to 0.9.8.
