Bug#531702: cannot start gnome-terminal for another user

Hi,

This is really bad! This is a major blocker for me, and I cannot find
2.24.3-3 anymore, and snapshot.debian.net seems to be totally
outdated.
Where can I get terminal that is not broken?

I use gnome-terminal to start my programs while my wife is logged on
(which is always the case at home).
I typically do the following:
gksu -u marius gnome-terminal &
and there I run all my stuff.
This makes perfect sense within family as it provides document
isolation and allows running programs within the same X (on different
desktops), nice integration.
Moreover I cannot logon as a secondary X session because ATI drivers
are faulty and crashes upon seeing secondary gdm screen.
So now I cannot login or use any of my programs at all while my wife
is logged on! Even local ssh X forwarding does not help start a
terminal.

Please rollback to 2.24.3-3 or at least provide a link where I can get
it and refrain from further upgrades.

Thanks!

Marius
