Bug#534734: gdm: Windows lose their borders when they are maximized!

When any window is maximized, the border of the window does not show! My 
temporary fix is to not have the windows maximized and to stretch them 
diagonally which is somewhat annoying. (GNOME is being used on Debian 
Squeeze and is up to date)

This is a continuation of Debian bug #534626. If even more information 
is needed, please don't close the bug and just ask me to add 
information.
