Bug#517765: sound-juicer: cannot submit track listings

I tried to submit track listings by filling them in, going to the Disc
menu, and choosing Submit Track Names.  I get the following error:

"Could not open URL

Sound Juicer could not open the submission URL
Reason: There was an error launching the default action command
associated with this location"

I assume it's trying to open a web browser but somehow doesn't know
which one to use; I searched for the error message but mostly found
translation links.  I have one installed and configured through the
alternatives system:

$ file /etc/alternatives/x-www-browser

I did some more poking and ended up installing gconf-editor to change
the default browser to x-www-browser (it was epiphany-browser, which I
don't have installed) and restarted sound-juicer, but it still wouldn't
let me submit.

I started it from the console and tried to submit; it only prints this
message:

** (sound-juicer:17138): WARNING **: Incomplete metadata for this CD

I've got all the Recommends and the packages sound-juicer Suggests don't
look like they will help me submit, so I don't know what to do - the
error message doesn't help me understand what to fix.
