Bug#518220: gnome-cups-manager: printer tray icon doesn't show when printing

On etch, the printer tray icon appeared when printing from applications like
GIMP or OpenOffice. On lenny the icon doesn't show up. 

A workaround seems to be starting gnome-cups-manager via the menu.
