Bug#519191: Shows updates; but does not install them

Package: update-manager
Version: 0.68.debian-7
Severity: important

update-manager shows updates, but when you try to install these same
updates it just won't do anything.

Ugly workaround would be to run update-manager through terminal as
root/super user and then you'll be able to
install those same updates.
