Bug#519462: gnome-python: built with RPATH

Package: gnome-python
Version: 2.22.0-1
Severity: normal

Binary Python modules are built with RPATH settings for gnome-python,
causing third party software like sugar-jhbuild to fail under certain
circumstances [1].
Debians current opinion on rpath [2] seems to be that it should NOT be
set, except under
very rare circumstances.

Steps to reproduce:
1. install chrpath
2. chrpath -l
/usr/lib/python-support/python-gnome2/python2.5/gtk-2.0/gconf.so

Results:
/usr/lib/python-support/python-gnome2/python2.5/gtk-2.0/gconf.so:
RPATH=/usr/lib

Expected:
no rpath setting

This has been reported to Ubuntu as #327671 [3] as well. They pointed
out that syncing the package with Debian experimental should suffice.
