Bug#519955: epiphany-gecko: Epiphany fails to fetch favicons

I don't know when the bug was introduced but after upgrading to version 2.24 I cleared my personal data and now Epiphany is unable to fetch most of the favicons of websites I visit. Even favicons that were previously fetched for my bookmarks are not retrieved by the browser anymore.
