Bug#520572: libloudmouth1-0: Keepalive does not function behind some routers.

Package: libloudmouth1-0
Version: 1.4.2-2
Severity: important

At my workplace we have a CISCO PIX 506E and the keepalive functionality
of the packaged libloudmouth does not function (disconnects after the
minute interval that the router is set to assume connections to be dead).

I was able to correct this issue by commenting out the
ONLY_TCP_KEEPALIVE CFLAG in debian/rules. The sourcecode for
libloudmouth notes that some router models do not properly recognize TCP
keepalive; apparently this is one of them.

Sam Rodgers
