Sorry about that, no offence intended. I didn't noticed, that these
files are absent in tarballs. This seems strange, so I think it's a
bug, since I haven't found any mentions about e.g.
docextract_to_xml.py as being a part of build system. I'll file a bug
to pygtk's bugzilla, because no one filed one about this.
