Bug#521638: upstream README file specifies LGPL without a version, but debian/copyright links to LGPL-2

Package: libsoup2.4-1
Version: 2.26.0-1
Severity: normal
The upstream README file says
"Licensing:
libsoup is licensed under the LGPL, see COPYING for more details."
and LGPL in the upstream COPYING file says
"If the Library does not specify a license version number, you may choose any version ever published by the Free Software Foundation."
I think the debian/copyright file should point to /usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL instead of /usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL-2 as in previous versions.
