OK, so that’s a hard lockup.

I’m reassigning the bug to the corresponding X driver. Before the X
maintainers ask you, please attach
your /etc/X11/xorg.conf, /var/log/Xorg.0.log and /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old
files (for the last one, preferably in its state right after a crash).
