Bug#522018: GConf schema missing for /apps/gcalctool

gcalctool does not provide a GConf schema for the keys it is storing under
/apps/gcalctool

Providing a GConf schema is a way to:
-provide an explanation of the meaning of that key
-provide a correct default value
-allow detection and cleanup of no longer useful or stale keys
