It looks like something (maybe xfce4-session) has filled
your .config/autostart with unwanted files, mixing up session saving and
autostart files. I suggest you file a bug against the relevant package.

This may come from one of the generated .desktop files, but since it
crashes after, there is definitely a bug in gnome-session here.

I’d appreciate if you could retry with a gnome-session built with
debugging symbols. It would already give the name of the function.
Breaking on g_log to catch the warning right before would be a big plus.

So this may happen while nautilus is registering, but I don’t understand
where the "Terminal" issue could come from. At least, all .desktop files
shipped by nautilus just have a "Terminal=false" line.
