Brasero version in Debian

Hello,

First of all, thanks a lot for you great work with the packaging of
gnome for Debian. 

My question is, it has been a long time since the brasero version in the
Debian tree is a little bit obsolete. Is there any intention of update
it to a newer version or should I start looking for another burning
alternative?
