GNOME related bugs without maintainer

I've been trying to reassign and close some bugs that don't have an
associated maintainer (typically bugs in old packages that have been
removed).

I need your help with 3 GNOME related issues because I don't know
what to do about them.

 - There are some bugs (e.g 216424 313519) related to gal-2.0 which
from the bug logs seemed to be used by evolution. Should these
bugs be reassigned to evolution, reassigned to another package or
   be closed?

 - #515119 - gnome-www-browser: bug filed against non-existing package
but the issue seems to be valid. Not sure where to reassign to.

 - capplets: this was removed. According to control-center (1:2.10.1-4):
   * Remove the capplets package, which doesn't have a purpose anymore. Move
all package contents back to gnome-control-center.

Should these bugs be reassigned to control-center, closed or what?

Can someone please take a look at these open bugs and reassign, close
or do something else with them?

Thanks.
