When doing a call to get_buffer_size() on a IOChannel object 
one gets:

RuntimeError: more argument specifiers than keyword list entries

this is because of a typo that looks like a copy/paste error 
from set_buffer_size() in pygiochannel.c

patch is attached that fixes this problem
