Bug#530417: totem-mozilla: video/ogg no longer played in browser (Streaming)

Package: totem-mozilla
Version: 2.26.2-1
Severity: normal
In this computer iceweasel will offr to download files such as
http://www.archive.org/download/CollserolaDesDeLEcologia/Collserola_des_de_l_ecologia.ogv
You can either save to disk or open in totem or vlc, but that's after downloading them full, you can't watch them as they download.
In another computer with a less up-to-date sid (totem-mozilla is 2.24 )
totem plays the file inside the browser, starting right away (streaming,
not after download).
It looks like the totem-mozilla plugin (as well as mplayer, kaffeine,
and vlx browser plugins) don't associate themselves with .ogv files
or video/ogg streams.
I tired to download and install totem-mozilla from testing in this computer,
but it didn't work either.
But at least totem used to do it in the past.
Thank you very much for your work.
