Hi Mattia,

I am unmerging that bug. It actually is a combination of having
the device added two times and settings being overridden.

Upstream (see forwarded above) confirmed that it is fixed in 1.2.0.

I compiled a debian package for 1.2.0 (interestingly, also the -s 
option to synclient is gone in this version) and can confirm
that all is fine with it.
