Bug#558655: gnome-power-manager notification area icon is "broken" icon

The icon shown on the toolbar is the "broken" one, for
most states.

The bug seems to be the same as described here:

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=587466

where it is connected to a bad interaction with kdebase-data
(present in my system, version 4:4.3.1-1).

The trick of creating a link ~/.icons/hicolor works too.
