Bug#548704: Problem in Eclipse

IIRC the problem in eclipse (3.5.1) was a tree control in the update manager 
dialog, asking for the components to be updated. The tree was either 
completely empty (although the elements were there), or the little handle for 
opening a subtree was missing.

The problem is much worse and more visible with Lotus Notes, though. The mail 
reader is completely empty, other parts do not redraw at all.
