+ Add conflicts/replaces on libxklavier-dev for libxklavier12-dev.
* debian/control.in:
- Standards-Version is 3.8.3, no changes needed.
- Remove old conflicts/replaces.
- Include check-dist.mk to avoid uploads to unstable.
