Bug#550461: gnome-control-center immediately aborts (indirectly uses libgnomeui)

$ gnome-control-center
GnomeUI-ERROR **: You must call gnome_program_init() before creating a GnomeApp
aborting...

The reason is that gnome-control-center pulls in libgnomeui by way of linking to libslab
(but doesn't initialize it). 
Fix: rebuild control-center without using an external libslab (just omit the 
corresponding patch and relibtoolize).
