Bug#550914: [epiphany-browser] Recent update clobbers saved history and personal data

Quite right, this is the behavior I see. The personal data seems to be
there when I look for it in the menus, but it doesn't get populated in
any way. (Passwords don't show up, history doesn't get suggested in the
URL bar, etc.)
